Cancellation charges are as follows: Your initial deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable to another student as an initial deposit. You must find your own replacement and exchange your own monies (no substitutions within 7 days of departure). Cancellations within 60 days of departure will result in loss of 1st , 2nd and 3rd deposits.

ROOMMATES: The price of the trip is based upon 5-6 occupancy at Embassy Suites. Each room sleeps 6.(At Hilton Hyatt or Cambria 5-6) It is the participant's responsibility to pick roommates. Please identify your roommates at least thirty days before trip departure. It is your responsibility to inform your group organizer of your roommate preference at time of sign-up. No co-eds!
MINIMUMS: The price of the program is based on 45 paid participants per bus (max. 52)
Minimums not being met could result in additional charges. (this only applies only to trips departing from locations other than 83rd and Union Hills Wal-Mart and the Wal-Mart at I-10 and Estrella PKWY)
DISNEY DRESS CODE: Disney Proprieties requires a specific dress code for their Grad Nite event. AztoCa Travel assumes no responsibility for any grad not meeting the dress code and being denied entrance to the park. See disneylandgradnite.com for dress code details.
PARENT PERMISSION FORM: All grads are required to submit their signed parent permission form before departure (unless otherwise specified). NO GRAD WILL BE PERMITTED TO TRAVEL WITHOUT THE FORM. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED!

NON-SCHOOL SPONSORED EVENT: No Arizona School District is affiliated with AztoCa Travel.
CHAPERONED EVENT: All Participants are responsible for their own actions and decisions during the trip. The Chaperones selected by the group, are not responsible for the behavior of the participants nor non-participants. The role of the chaperone is to provide an adult presence during the trip. Please respect your Chaperones at all times. Chaperones are required on all trips and are selected by the organizers. Teachers and/or parents are required. All chaperones must be at least 25 and approved by AztoCaTravel.
