Here's how our unique Imagination-Powered Learning works: We offer a comprehensive collection of student enrichment programs and educational workshops across a range of performing arts and academic subjects. We introduce ideas and explore subjects, best practices and principles via real-world applications and the problems accompanying them. Students will learn how to use their innate capabilities to face those challenges, recognizing their own potential as they do. As a result, Imagination-Powered Learning is not only an educational opportunity that makes a lasting, positive impact on how students feel about learning in general—but also it opens the door for career exploration.

Overview:
In this course participants explore the importance of Disney’s 5 Keys of Excellence that guide Disney Cast Members in everything they do. Participants will be challenged through a variety of experiences focusing on effective communication and critical thinking. Through hands-on learning and problem-solving scenarios, participants will experience the real-world application of these principles as they interact with Disney leaders and discover their own personal leadership style.
Key Learning Objectives:

Discuss the importance of diversity when assembling a team
Understand the value of a positive attitude when faced with any challenge
Describe Disney’s 5 Keys of Excellence and how these impact a large organization’s ability to quickly solve problems
